    Masala Chai (2 cups) Ingredients: 2 cups water 4 teaspoons tea powder ½ teaspoon Chai Masala (prepared as mentioned above) 1 cup milk 2 teaspoons sugar Instructions: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 4 teaspoons of tea powder and ½ teaspoon of Chai Masala to the boiling water. Let it boil for 4 minutes to prepare a strong decoction. Now, add 1 cup of milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar to the pan. Boil the chai for a couple of minutes. Strain the masala tea into cups or mugs. Your flavourful Masala Chai is now ready to be enjoyed!
  Chai Masala Ingredients: 40 grams cardamom 20 grams cloves 20 grams black pepper 8 grams cinnamon 10 grams fennel seeds 30 grams dried ginger 6 tulsi seeds ½ nutmeg Instructions: In a heavy-bottomed pan, dry roast 40 grams cardamom, 20 grams cloves, 20 grams black pepper, 8 grams cinnamon, and 10 grams fennel seeds on low flame until they turn aromatic. Set aside. Take 30 grams dried ginger and break it into pieces. Dry roast until it turns aromatic. Set aside. Add 6 tulsi seeds and ½ nutmeg to the pan and roast well. Allow all the roasted spices to cool completely and then transfer them to a blender. Blend the spices to a slightly coarse powder. Your Chai Masala powder is now ready! Store it in an airtight container and it will last for about a month.
